To join so many outstanding industry colleagues leading meaningful change is humbling. To take part in the collective dialogue and knowledge sharing with people and producers who share our ethos and values (as well as our passion for winemaking) is inspiring. Pledging to reduce our GHG emissions in the context of IWCA membership demonstrates an action-based, measurable commitment to meaningful change that we are proud to stand behind.
About
Frog's Leap Winery
Frog's Leap Winery has been family owned and operated since it was founded in 1981 by winemaker John Williams. Rory Williams now directs the farming of roughly 200 acres of certified organic (CCOF) vineyards, most within a 4 mile radius of the winery’s historic Red Barn home in Rutherford. With two generations now at the helm, this whimsically named winery takes its mission to make wines of terroir, responsibly farmed, sustainably produced and joyfully shared quiet seriously, always guided by a larger shared vision to be a model for the accord between good business, good farming and world citizenship.
