Unlike almost any other agricultural product, there is a natural conversation around wine—how it's grown, how it's made. That gives winegrowers a tremendous opportunity to educate our consumers about the impact of climate change and how our practices and choices can influence it. We are excited about the transparency of sharing our carbon footprint and about how we will eliminate it.

Medlock Ames
Medlock Ames is an organic vineyard and estate winery that straddles both Sonoma County's Alexander Valley and Russian River Valley and who is committed to farming in harmony with nature to produce wines that represent the distinct terroir of the Bell Mountain Vineyard. Medlock Ames maintains the vast majority of their land in its native state to protect the 10 defined ecosystems that thrive here. They are also focused on using regenerative farming techniques that draw carbon from the atmosphere into the soil where it provides myriad benefits.
