Viña Concha y Toro has achieved Gold status from the International Wineries for Climate Action (IWCA), a recognition that recognizes wineries that demonstrate the highest standards of carbon emission reduction in the wine industry. With this achievement, the company consolidates its position within the global organization.

Gold Member status is awarded to wineries that complete verification of their Scopes 1, 2, and 3 emissions and demonstrate sustained progress in reducing their carbon footprint. In the case of Viña Concha y Toro, these highlights include the use of at least 20% renewable energy generated on-site and a consistent reduction in emissions per liter of wine produced, milestones that reflect the company's commitment to low-carbon production and concrete climate action.

This achievement reinforces our conviction that reducing emissions is the necessary path for our sector to consolidate itself as a leader in sustainability. Since its first carbon measurement, Viña Concha y Toro has implemented regenerative practices in its vineyards, increased its use of renewable energy, promoted carbon capture through certified native forests, and strengthened its comprehensive climate change management, reaffirming its leadership in sustainable, low-carbon wine production.
