Jackson Family Wines and Familia Torres were profiled in Wine Enthusiast in a May 17th article by Lindsay Patterson. Lindsay spoke to Miguel A. Torres, fourth generation and President at Familia Torres, and Katie Jackson, second-generation proprietor and Senior Vice President of Corporate Social Responsibility at Jackson Family Wines, about their dedication for climate action—which was the foundation for the launch of IWCA.
Jackson Family Wines (U.S.) and Familia Torres (Spain) have individually been champions of sustainability for years, taking action to reduce their greenhouse gas emissions and improve land stewardship across their wineries. Miguel and Katie have led the charge within their own businesses and have been vocal leaders and advocates in the wine sector at large. In co-founding IWCA, they are bringing further attention to the critical issue of climate change in the wine sector and galvanizing action across the wine sector.
